Our handcrafted mixers typically have a shelf life of 12 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating them and consuming within 3-4 weeks to ensure peak flavor and freshness.
Do your products contain alcohol?
No, all products sold by The Mixologer are non-alcoholic. They are designed to be paired with your favorite spirits or used with club soda for a premium mocktail experience.
How do you ensure the quality of fragile glass bottles during shipping?
We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly protective packaging designed to withstand transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Are your ingredients organic or sustainably sourced?
We pride ourselves on using real fruit juices, organic cane sugar, and botanicals sourced from sustainable farms. We never use high-fructose corn syrup or artificial dyes in our blends.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out so we can make it right.
