Jameson 18 Years is a premium Irish whiskey that is aged for at least 18 years in a combination of American and Spanish oak barrels. It is a blend of three signature distillates, including pot still whiskey and grain whiskey.
Jameson 18 Years is made using a traditional Irish whiskey-making process. The three signature distillates are first aged separately in American and Spanish oak barrels for at least 18 years. The distillates are then married together in a fresh American oak barrel for at least 6 months. This final marrying period adds a unique complexity and elegance to the whiskey.
Jameson 18 Years has a complex and elegant flavour profile. It has notes of vanilla, toffee, spice, wood, and leather. It is a smooth and mellow whiskey that is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
The alcohol content of Jameson 18 Years is 46% ABV. This is the same alcohol content as most other Irish whiskeys.
